Issue/Introduction

When restarting UVMS, if a lot of nodes are defined, sometimes nodes would receive incomplete security data from UVMS upon synchronization.

This may affect the Dollar Universe commands / alerts not being sent / jobs failures and so on.

The following kind of messages would appear  in universe.log, X and Y may be inferior to the previously correct received values:

| DATE |INFO |X|IO |pid=p.t | io_sync_roles|  Full sync of X security roles
| DATE | INFO |X|IO |pid=p.t| io_sync_alert_rules | Full sync of Y alert rule

Environment

Cause

This issue could occur on large environments upon initialization of the Node Views Cache when UVMS server is restarted

Perform a Full Synchronization via UVC - Nodes - Display on the impacted node.
