CIA 6.0G Sampjcl install member CIA50CAR fails with "file not found" getting the CA RS file

Issue/Introduction

Attempts to download the CA RS file via the CIA 6.0G Sampjcl install member CIA50CAR fails with "file not found" in the /pub/ASSIGNS/YEARLY directory.

Cause

The customer modified the CIA50CAR job's ftp statement to go to supportftp.ca.com from the correct ftp.ca.com, and this caused the problem with locating the file.

Resolution

The CA RS files are found under ftp.ca.com (now ftp.broadcom.com), and not supportftp.ca.com. Correcting the CIA50CAR job to its original ftp site (ftp.ca.com or ftp.broadcom.com) allowed the download of the CA RS file(s).
