Why Task marked as "Deleted Task" on the timesheet?

Issue/Introduction

User is seeing a task in their timesheet with the footer "Deleted Task". The project and task are both currently active and not marked for deletion. We want to determine why this footer is there and how to remove it.

Environment

Release : 15.6.1

Component : CA PPM PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Resolution

The reason user see "Deleted Tasks" in the footer is because someone deleted a Task after actual were posted against this task.

When you attempt to delete this type of Task with actuals it can not be deleted and so instead it creates a Phase called "Deleted Tasks" and task gets put under that phase.
