Issue/Introduction

Job is receiving the following errors:

DSNU008I DSNUTILB - SPECIFIED USER FAILED VALIDITY CHECK

DSNU012I DSNUTILB - UTILITY EXECUTION TERMINATED, HIGHEST RETURN CODE=8

 

TSSUTIL report, no security errors are noted in the report for the time of the problem.

Resolution

TSS ADD(DEPT) DB2(DSNR.) and TSS PER(USER) DB2(DSNR.)

Db2  will fail for anything  other than  rc 0 so may need
to own and permit db2(dsnr) to all record to allow everyone to
be able to get connection established
