Issue/Introduction

A User under Advanced reporting is not able to edit his saved scheduled instances after clicking on Pen Icon.

 

 

Environment

Release : 15.5, 15.6, 15.7

Component : CA PPM JASPERSOFT

Resolution

Delete and Re-Create the Schedule Instance 

Additional Information

Anytime you suspect UI issues, get into your browsers developer tools (f12 keyboard key in chrome for example) and look at the console and network panes for client-side errors like javascript errors or network problems.

If you are able to reproduce the problem in the future, please raise the ticket with Broadcom and forward screenshots or snippets from the browser developer tools.
