Alerts Stopped Being sent back to OPSMVS from MOI

Issue/Introduction

We are seeing that alerts being generated in MOI are no longer being sent back to the ZMS task on the mainframe and fed into OPS/MVS. It's only occurring on one of our MOI appliance servers, we are seeing alerts still coming back from our other appliance servers.

Release : 14.1 or 15.0

Component : CCS MESSAGE SERVICE

Resolution

Be sure current CCS Message Service cumulative maintenance PTF is installed as various problems impacting data feeds have been corrected.
