Issue/Introduction

Currently out of the box, there are Maintenance and Blackout Change Window types.

Is there a way to add additional Change Window Types?

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.x

All Supported Operating Systems

Resolution

Out of the box, there is no way via the Service Desk Manager UI to add additional Change Window types.

It may be possible to create through a backend MDB database load, but such a method would not be supported.
