Issue/Introduction

When modifying an active directory account via Policy Xpress (px) the task appears to spend a lot of time in the "in progress" state.  When reviewing the task details in VST (View Submitted Tasks) I can see multiple entries for the task "Modify Active Directory Account"

Resolution

One explanation for multiple task entries for "Modify Active Directory Account" is because the Tasks are being "enqueued".  

If a Policy Xpress (px) policy state is configured for "Task Completed", each policy action will be evaluated until complete.  If there are delays in completing each action the policy is enqueued and processed later.  These will appear as additional "Modify Active Directory Account" steps in the VST screen.
