This article will show you how to download the FTP files using Third Party Clients (FileZilla or WinSCP).
Broadcom recommends FileZilla or WinSCP for FTP downloads. To download the product, you must be registered as an enterprise user with CA support portal.

Add the product to Cart History by following the steps mentioned in the Link
Once the product is added to the cart, verify the component(s) in the CART and checkout to complete the download process.
The product will appear in the Cart History and once the order is ready, click on FTP to get FTP details as shown in the picture below:
FTP Downloads Using FileZilla:
Once you have FileZilla installed, open Filezilla and enter the following details to connect.
Hostname: downloads.broadcom.com
Username: Support Portal User Id
Password: Support Portal password
Once the connection is established, you will see the order id folders on the right side of the panel.
Note: If you have multiple order ids, refer CA Support Portal cart history to compare order ids and downloads.
The download files will get transferred to your machine.
FTP Downloads Using WinSCP:
Once you have WinSCP installed, open WinSCP and enter the following details to connect.
Hostname: downloads.broadcom.com
Username: Support Portal User Id
Password: Support Portal password
The download files will get transferred to your machine.
