Sql_response probe does not startup

Issue/Introduction

When we try to configure the sql_response probe I get the error "the sql_response is not running!!...You must start the probe in order to  save..."

sql_response probe logfile shows following error messages:

 

Environment

DX UIM 20.4.x / 23.4.x

Any sql_response probe version

Cause

The sql_response probe is installed on the primary hub where ppm probe is running

Resolution

Do not put the sql_response probe on the hub running PPM.

Please set the environment variable NIM_PROBE_CRYPTO_MODE to TWOFISH or AES_128 in the controller probe.
