Issue/Introduction

By monitoring the CVS results from Portal installed in the operating system which language setting is Japanese, then 

  1. Before starting the Service the status of the icon was Unknown ... Expected(No Problem)
  2. When the Service became "Running" status, the icon was disappeared ... Problem
  3. After finishing the Service but the icon never appeared again ... Problem

If DevTest components installed in the operating system with English language setting, this problem did not occur.

Please open a support case to get the solution of this problem. Broadcom support will deliver the patch for this problem.
