Issue/Introduction

 

   Getting data request timeout error in almost all the Public status pages.

Resolution

Right now the PSP requests the availability data once and if it doesn't receive it, it shows an error message and stops.

Engineering has increased the request timeout limit and implemented a retry system that will request the PSP data multiple times until the data arrives, or until it decides it's enough. This is available in 10.3.1 and later.
