CA PPM Jaspersoft Report Filters are not working.

STARTER PACK-CLARITY PPM Clarity PPM SaaS

Issue/Introduction

Can access the report but as soon as she clicks the filter then screen grays out and cannot proceed further. Issues happening in Chrome Browser.

 

Environment

Release : 15.5, 15.6, 15.7

Component : CA PPM Jaspersoft

Resolution

De-Install Chrome Browser and Re-Install
