Query for exporting PDF files from performance report in the Portal

Issue/Introduction

When exporting the PDF file for Performance Summary report in these conditions:

• Operating System Language Setting which DevTest is installed: Japanese
• DevTest Workstation Language Setting(when executing the test case): Japanese
• DevTest Portal Language Setting: Japanese
• Test case name and step name include the Japanese characters

In the first page for the Performance, there is a suitable information with Japanese characters like below:

However, in the second page for table which includes detail information, there are some blank parts which the Japanese characters should be shown like below:

When exporting the PDF file for Performance Summary report in these conditions:

• Operating System Language Setting which DevTest is installed: English
• DevTest Workstation Language Setting(when executing the test case): English
• DevTest Portal Language Setting: English
• Test case name and step name do not include the Japanese characters

Then the PDF file does not have any problems like below:

Cause

This is localization problem for DevTest.

Please open a support case to get the solution of this problem. Broadcom support will deliver the patch for this problem.
