Issue/Introduction

You need to locate and download the Jaspersoft (JasperReports server) installation package for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) / Identity Suite.

Resolution

As of Symantec Identity Manager 15.0, Broadcom no longer supports or ships the JasperReports Server as a standalone reporting component. 

Important Changes in Release 15.0

• Integrated Solution: Identity Manager now implements an internal reporting solution using the JasperReports Library. It does not rely on an external JasperReports Server.
• Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) Reports: These reports are ready for use immediately after installing the product. No additional server configuration or separate JasperReports installation is required.
• Existing Customers: If you are upgrading from an older version that used JasperReports Server, the new internal reporting solution replaces that dependency.

Where to Download for Older Versions

If you are using a version of Identity Manager prior to 15.0 (e.g., 14.5) and require the standalone JasperReports Server:

1. Log in to the Broadcom Support Portal.
2. Navigate to My Downloads.
3. Search for your specific product (e.g., "Identity Manager").
4. Select specific version you are using. The installer is typically bundled as a separate component within the product's download package.
