 The following exception occurred downloading maintenance via CA CSM:

com.ca.mf20.zos.services.filesystems.errors.ZfsDatasetException: Error while initializinging ZFS Dataset: Data
set INSTALL.MSMMPM.ZFS.T5843 not formatted

Resolution

Gave the MSMTC user id access to FAC(DFS).
