Author Rights on Roadmap still show for previous/original author

Issue/Introduction

1. When Author is changed for a roadmap, the original author's rights are still showing.
2. If this is working as expected, where in the roadmap can we go to see who has access to it?

Cause

This is working as designed, referenced at: New User Experience: Roadmap Access Rights

• When you add a user as an author, the instance right is automatically granted to the user. When you remove a user as the author, the instance right is 
  not automatically removed

Resolution

The only way to remove the access is from Administration->Resource section Classic Clarity PPM

1. Go to Administration->Resources
2. Click on the Resource
3. Click on 'Resource Access Rights' drop down and select Instance
4. Click on 'Roadmap - Author'
5. Click on the Roadmap the user should be deleted from and click on Delete

In order to track who's been granted roadmap access the one option would be to use auditing:

1. Enable auditing for the Author field on the Roadmap Object for Insert and Update/Changes
   • This is done in Classic PPM->Administration->Objects->Roadmap->Audit Trail tab
2. Once Auditing is enabled, go to Administration-Data Administration->Audit Trail
3. Select Roadmap from the Object drop down
4. Enter the Roadmap Name in the 'Object Name' field and click Filter
