Issue/Introduction

The client wanted to go over the steps necessary to upgrade CA View and Deliver from r11.6 to r12.2.

Environment

Resolution

The client was upgrading from CA View/Deliver r11.6 to r12.2, moving to a supported release.

In the upgrade:

. The new code was implemented.

. The procs were reviewed and updated where needed.
. SARDBASE VERSION 12.2 was run on the View databases.
. RMODBASE VERSION 12.2 was run on the Deliver databases.
. SARDBASE OLOAD was run, to load the View 12.2 panels.
. RMODBASE OLOAD was run, to load the Deliver 12.2 panels.
