Resolution

In this case, it was determined that the link edit of CA Datacom SQL load module DBSRPPR was not successful during the apply of maintenance.

The link edit errors were:

IEW2322I 1220 302 NAME DBSRPPR(R) MAX ACCEPTABLE RC=08
IEW2456E 9207 SYMBOL FFLUSH UNRESOLVED. MEMBER COULD NOT BE INCLUDED FROM THE DESIGNATED CALL LIBRARY.
IEW2456E 9207 SYMBOL FPUTS UNRESOLVED. MEMBER COULD NOT BE INCLUDED FROM THE DESIGNATED CALL LIBRARY.
IEW2456E 9207 SYMBOL SPRINTF UNRESOLVED. MEMBER COULD NOT BE INCLUDED FROM THE DESIGNATED CALL LIBRARY.

... and several more IEW2456E errors.

The missing objects are found in the CEE.SCEELKED library. CEE.SCEELKED and CEE.SCEESPC are needed for the SMP/e tasks. CEE.SCEELKED had been missing from the Linklist.
