Cause

The Compatibility Request is already in place. And currently is being worked by APM Product Management. 

Resolution

There is already an official request to support Webmethods 10.3 : US589067 & DE416154. Please refer the APM Community post below. Unfortunately, it is in progress and not ready yet. Do not show ETA either.
