Issue/Introduction:

Does APM 10.7 support WebServices - Axis-Apache Axis? 

Cause:

Its supported out of the box of APM 10.7.

Resolution:

Per engineering, we have pretty much always had Axis support as a core part of Web Services monitoring including APM 10.7. We support Axis from versions 1.1 to 1.4 and Axis2 support from version 1.4 to 1.6. 

With APM 10.7, the web services monitoring is deployed automatically during the installation.
