This SE00 abend occurred during processing of an I/O request, where execute channel program (EXCP) processing encountered an error.
The conclusion was that the condition was caused by an external process.
To find more information, review SYS1.LOGREC data for the error record during the period in question, and report the issue with the related part of the SYS1.LOGREC to IBM support.
