Issue/Introduction

After the modification from SMTP to CCSMTP for email processing,  attempts to use CEM encounters the error:  CEMR201E unable to communicate with the Apache Tomcat.

Cause

After the CEM tasks were cycled the customer still had the browser open and connected.

Resolution

The closing and reopening of the browser proved corrective.
