Issue/Introduction

Job Execution Error by scan msi "Application is not allowed: Computer OS and procedure OS not compatible. [SDM223611]" on Windows Server 2016 Datacenter x64.

 

Environment

Release : 1403

Component : DESKTOP AND SERVER MANAGEMENT

Resolution

1.Stop Caf on domain manager . 
2. Rename the old OSconfig.xml to OSConfig_old.xml on domain manager agent folder 
3. Copy the OSConfig.xml from the R14sp2 agent windows 2016 Datacenter machine CA\DSM\Agent\OSConfig.xml to the Domain Manager  
4. Start the caf and open explorer.
5.Check MSI scan
