DUAS6: universe.log filled with "Unable to get MU informations"

Issue/Introduction

After removing some MUs, a lot of errors are displayed in universe.log.

It occurs when displaying UVC menus like Tasks, Job Runs, Job Run History.

Example of errors:

Release : 6.x

Component : DOLLAR UNIVERSE

Cause

This is expected behavior, the Timezone information ( MU Time Offset) cannot be extracted as the Management Unit has been deleted, so these two Error lines will be displayed in universe.log per record to be displayed with that "deleted" Management Unit.

Resolution

This is by design.

In case there are way too many Errors, and you want to avoid these, please apply one of the following procedures:

a. Recreate impacted deleted Management Units

b. Remove all related records (Tasks / Job Runs / Job Events) and wait until the Online Purge has also removed the Job Run History records, which will occurs by default after 7 days.
