Vertica DB down - Cluster - Could not login with SSH to host

Issue/Introduction

We have the CA Performance Management r3.6, we want to upgrade the version, and to do this we stops the DB and restarts the servers, but when we try to upgrade we facing this problem.

Currently the database is down, we restarted the servers and now we see this message:

 

 
The upgrade don't started yet when we see this, but the DB isn't available, What could be the reason of this?

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Resolution

ALL Nodes must be able to connect themselves via SSH

After enable the SSH, Vertica DB is up and running
