Rally Menu Navigation is Missing

Issue/Introduction

The navigation menu options are not displayed preventing us from navigating in Rally. Instead there is just white space where they should be. 

Cause

If a user has personal navigation turned on the Menu option will not be seen in Rally.  It is not possible to have Personal Navigation AND the Menu option on at the same time.

Resolution

If the user wants the menu to appear at the top of the screen it will be necessary to turn off Personalized Navigation.  Here is a link with more detail about Personalized Navigation and how to turn it off and on:  Personalized Navigation Help
