Caution alert being triggered without any action associated.

Issue/Introduction

Caution alert being triggered and sending to Spectrum Oneclick console without any action associated.
Through Spectrum Oneclick console, we could see some alerts displayed as MAJOR with is the same as CAUTION inside Application Performance Management, Inside Application Performance Management we could see that no one action was set inside CAUTION.

Cause

Most probably XML file related to this alarm inside modules folder has duplicated the entries for DANGER and CAUTION

Resolution

To solve this problem, you need to refresh and rewrite the XML file inside modules folder, to do so just do the following:

1) Change the threshold for CAUTION alert with any value.
2) Click in "apply" button.
3) Change the threshold for CAUTION alert with the desired value.
4) Click in "apply" button.

It should refresh  and update the XML file inside modules folder with the correct field filled.
