Issue/Introduction

Compliance Event Manager's CEMCCONF job encounters the error: IKJ56893I DATA SET highevel.CUSTOM.JOBLIB NOT ALLOCATED IGD17293I DATA SET highlevel.CUSTOM.JOBLIB HAS  PARTITIONED ORGANIZATION AND IS NOT ELIGIBLE    TO BE A MULTI-VOLUME DATA SET, ALLOCATION FAILED

Cause

In the CONFIG.DATA file the CEME_ZFS_VOL specified STORCLAS(SMSHFS).   This SMS storage class was causing the problem. 

Resolution

The customer removed the SMS allocation and specified an explicit volume.
