S0C4 abend in NetMaster

Issue/Introduction

The NetMaster 12.2 region abended--providing this information:

 

*N01101 NetMaster ABEND S-0C4 ID=NMCWBP JN=NETMSTR DT=2019352 TM=18020197                                        
*N01102 SRC=AB PRD=NetMaster INTLVL=080100 SP=1904 ABC=S-0C4                                                     
*N01103 ALM=NM044 ALO=000028A2 ACS=NM000VL3 ACO=000004BA

Customer explained that at the time of the reported S0C4 abend the user was using both NetMaster

graphical interfaces:     WebCenter and MTC-NM (Mainframe Team Center - Network Management).  

Environment

OS : z/OS.

Resolution

NetMaster L2 Support provided the following remarks towards problem resolution:

 

--It is possible that using both at same time caused this problem.

 

--Receive and apply NetMaster 12.2 (NetMaster Management Services 8.1) PTF SO09841.

 

--Receive and apply NetMaster 12.2 (NetMaster Management Services 8.1) PTF SO11381.
