Issue/Introduction

WebMethods Integration Server 10.3 metrics are missing in the APM Investigator

 

 

Cause

WebMethods Integration Server 10.3 is not tested, certified, nor a supported version by APM 10.7

 

Supported versions are below:

webMethods Integration Server2

- 8.2,8.2.2, 9.0, 9.5, 9.6, 9.7, 9.8,9.10,9.12,10.1

Environment

Release : Introscope Agent 10.7

WebMethods Integration Server 10.3 provided by the vendor Software AG

Component : APM Agents

Resolution

Per APM Compatibility Guide , monitoring WebMethods Integration Server 10.3 is not supported yet.
