Where do I configure SNMP timeouts and Retries for a device?

SNMP TImeouts and retries are configured in the SNMP profile as noted here:

You would set up the desired values in the SNMP profile and assign that to the device on the Data Aggregator device administration page and/or discover the device using that SNMP profile
