Issue/Introduction

This article will show you how to request case closure on Broadcom Support Portal.

Resolution

To close an existing support case:

  1. Open the case from the My Open Cases, My Cases or All Cases tab
  2. Click the Close Case button

 

  1. Enter any relevant notes regarding the closure request
  2. Click Send

Note: This will not close the case, instead, it will send a notification to CA support engineer to review and close the case.
