Issue/Introduction
This article will show you how to request case closure on Broadcom Support Portal.
Resolution
To close an existing support case:
- Open the case from the My Open Cases, My Cases, or All Cases tab
- Click the Close Case button

- Enter any relevant notes regarding the closure request
- Click Send

Note: This will not close the case, instead, it will send a notification to the Broadcom support engineer to review and close the case.
