UIM Catalyst Connector not working

CA Service Operations Insight (SOI)


We are having some issues trying to properly initialize UIM connector. Even though the service starts OK, in CA SOI console it shows an error "Connector was stopped due to CA Catalyst Container Service stop"



Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager 4.x

Catalyst Container 3.4.x

UIM Connector 9.x


Following error found in \data\log\ucf.log on the Container server, which indicates CatalystDataStore files are corrupt

[Blueprint Extender: 2] com.ca.connector.impl.util.AbstractPersistentMap - The H2 DB data file will be created at loc:C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Catalyst\CatalystConnector\container\CatalystDataStore
FATAL [Blueprint Extender: 2] com.ca.connector.impl.util.AbstractPersistentMap - Unable to setup H2 DB

org.h2.jdbc.JdbcSQLException: Row not found when trying to delete from index 


1) Stop "CA Catalyst Container Services"

2) Move all files inside "\Catalyst\CatalystConnector\container\CatalystDataStore" to a TEMP folder

3) Start "CA Catalyst Container Services", this will recreate CatalystDataStore files
