Issue/Introduction
After an unexpected windows shutdown ServletExec not starting. Server had to be removed from F5 pool.
Environment
Release : 12.52
Component : SITEMINDER -POLICY SERVER
Resolution
The java at being used by ServletExec seemed to have been partially uninstalled.
Copied the same java directory from the working server and ServletExec started properly.
I suggested customer zips up this java directory and keeps it in a safe place to have an easy restore if needed again.
