Events show as connected to secondary in OneClick with a yellow icon
The primary archive manager is down
It should be confirmed that the primary archive manager is up and running.
Review the ARCHMGR.OUT file in $SPECROOT/SS/DDM for errors and contact support should there be issues that cannot be resolved.
If no errors are present it may just be that it is not running.
Attempt to start the Archive Manager on the primary and this will clear up the secondary connection in OneClick.
