There is an AD account SCHEDULER2 that is used to authenticate with EEM for WCC. There are 2 separate WCC instances that use the same AD account for authentication. 1 instance is working (P01) and 2nd instance (ACE) is not authenticating.

Modify Security Cache Timeout from 60 to 120 in configuration tab under View/Modify Preferences select Monitoring -
Stop the WCC services -
Re-start the application server -
Start the WCC services
