Issue/Introduction

The alarm_enrichment probe will not get a port and pid.
Nas also is failing to start.

the alarm_enrihcment logs show the following:

    at com.nimsoft.nimbus.NimConfig.setFilename(NimConfig.java:217)

Jan 02 08:09:54:428 [main, alarm_enrichment] (90) Configuration error, No < in the config file

Environment

UIM 20.x

 

Cause

Possible nas.cfg corruption

Resolution

Restore the nas.cfg from backup or delete the nas probe and reinstall from scratch.
