DCD's DCMMAIN STC fails to start JVM ending with RC=04

Issue/Introduction

DCMMAIN task is not coming up. JVM ends with RC=04.

 

 

Environment

Release : 3.0 IR1

Component : CA DATA CONTENT DISCOVERY

Cause

The DCDADM Db2 UserID had been revoked.

Resolution

Reinstating the DCDADM UserID, and then cycling the DCDCONTL allowed for the DCMMAIN task to successfully start.
