Spectrum Data Source Continuously Synchronizing with Performance Management

Issue/Introduction

Spectrum integrated as a data source with Performance Management.  Recently noticed the Spectrum data source is continuously synchronizing.  It never finishes and therefore the status never changes to available.

 

 

Environment

Performance Management and Spectrum

Cause

The Spectrum OneClick server memory utilization was high around 80-95%.  The total memory configured was 4GB.

Resolution

Increased the memory for the Spectrum OneClick from 4GB to 8GB.
