XCOM Data Transport 11.6 SP01 is certified on Red Hat 8 and SuSE 15 with SO11376 required or install XCOM 12.0

Download CA XCOM Data Transport for Linux PC r11.6 SP01 64-Bit GA and apply the required maintenance
SO11376 XCOM LISTENER PORTS NOT STARTED ON Redhat 8 AND SuSE 15.This fixes three problems found during certification.
