Permissions reset/not working after upgrade for multiple objects including Project

STARTER PACK-CLARITY PPM Clarity PPM SaaS

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade to v15.7, access to several screens in the Classic UI are restricted or non-existing. 

The settings screen of the following objects do not show any of the "save" buttons so the user cannot make any changes

  • Project 
  • Cost Plan buttons
  • Ideas
  • Other Work

Environment

Release : 15.7

Component : CA PPM SAAS INSTALLATION AND UPGRADE

Resolution

  1. Flush the Clarity PPM cache (see steps to do this at: KB 98199)
  2. If the above doesn't help, also clear the browser cache
