Unable to open MIB File Manager in UMP SelfCert Portlet

Issue/Introduction

In the UMP SelfCert Portlet on the "Select Object ID" step cannot open "MIB File Manager". Nothing appears on the screen when this menu is selected and hence unable to load the MIB's.

Release : 9.2.0

Component : UIM - ump_selfcert 1.14 / 1.14HF1

Resolution

The MIB file open popup is not working issue is resolved.
