Would like to understand how ASM Calculates Availability.
I have reports showing 100 percent availability (All Monitoring Folders with ED in the Name) but when hovering over the monitor it shows the following errors:
Release : All supported releases.
Component : CA APP SYNTHETIC MONITOR (WATCHMOUSE)
Per Engineering, the yellow-highlighted error in the log is an unconfirmed error. Such errors can be on our side and we trigger immediately a second opinion check to confirm it. If we get an OK result from the second opinion the first opinion is not used for the availability calculations. But it is always visible in the logs.
