Endevor TSO userID hangs when adding JCL element in foreground

Issue/Introduction

It appears Endevor hangs when adding an element in foreground (ISPF), however it works ok in batch. Either the processor is executing JCLCHECK or an exit is calling JCLCHECK .

Release : 18.0. 18.1

Additional Information

If JCLCHECK is being executed in a processor, the workaround is to run the processor in batch. There is no workaround if JCLCHECK is being run under an exit.
