Fatal Application Error when uninstalling SOI

Issue/Introduction

When uninstalling SOI fatal application error pops up "This Application has Unexpectedly Quit, Invocation of this Java Application has caused an InvocationTargetException" 

Clicking on the "Details" button shows following error:

Release : 4.0

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

You need to set Compatibility Mode to Windows 7 for CA\SOI\uninstall\Uninstall_SOI\Uninstall_SOI.exe, see following screen shot on how to set it
