Issue/Introduction

Upgrading CASPOOL v.11R7 to v.12R0 but the following error appears when we start CAIQWEBA procedure:

AH00526: Syntax error on line nn of /xxx/websrv/conf/http

Unknown Authn provider: saf                                                     

Environment

Release : 12.0 and 14.0

Component : CA Spool

Cause

Missing the following statement in the httpd.conf file:

LoadModule authnz_saf_module modules/mod_authnz_saf.so

 

Resolution

Add the following statement to the httpd.conf file:

LoadModule authnz_saf_module modules/mod_authnz_saf.so
