Issue/Introduction

 

we are using CA SDM 17.2 which is upgraded and migrated from 14.1 on windows server 2016. As our application not able to run since 21/12/2019 Saturday. When we check the services then all service CA SDM were running. After that we check  the tomcat status using pdm_tomcat_nxd -c status then it shows "Unknown status (0) received for SERVICEDESK Tomcat "  we restarted the server and again start all the services but issue is still same. Please assist ASAP.

Resolution

#  NX.env file is missing from the NX_ROOT folder. 

# Replaced the file from backup.
