A user cannot login with LDAP credentials

Issue/Introduction

Request assistance in troubleshooting LDAP authentication as one of our admins is not able to access CAPC.


Cause

password expired

Environment

Release : 3.7

Resolution

We deleted the user out of CAPC and then had the user log back.  Doing this recreates the user and allows then to successfully login
